Welcome

What the admin is for, and where to find the task you need to do.

The admin is where you manage your business and website in one place: the pages customers read, the services they book, your stores and hours, incoming orders and payments, your team, and the emails customers receive.

You do not need any technical knowledge to use it. This guide explains every area in plain language, walks through common tasks step by step, and flags the few places where a careless change could affect real customers.

One edit can appear in many places

A service name, price, store hour, or image often shows up in several spots at once: the website, the booking flow, order summaries, and customer emails. When you change something, this guide tells you where to look afterwards.

The golden rules

  1. Preview before you publish. Most content areas let you see the change exactly as customers will.
  2. Edit, don't duplicate. Update the existing page or service instead of creating a second copy.
  3. Disable, don't delete. Many items have a "disable" switch that hides them from customers without losing anything. Deleting is permanent.
  4. When unsure, save as a draft and check the publish checklist before going live.
