Troubleshooting
What to check when something on the live website looks wrong, and when to ask for support.
Work top to bottom through the checks for your problem. Most issues turn out to be one of these. If the checks pass and it is still wrong, contact support with the details listed at the bottom.
My change is not showing
- Open the item. Is it still a draft? Publish it.
- Refresh the live page, then try a private browser window, because your browser may be showing an old copy.
- Confirm you edited the right item: same title, same language version.
- Check whether the content appears somewhere else than you expected. For example, you edited a page but were looking at the homepage.
A service is missing from booking
Check, in order:
- The service's Disable switch is off, and the specific variant is not disabled either.
- The service's store assignment includes the store you are testing.
- The store's operating hours cover the time you are testing.
- No calendar holiday blocks the date (with Block bookings on).
- Enough staff are available. The variant's minimum staff count matters here.
Store hours or availability look wrong
- Check the store's weekly operating hours.
- Check the store's calendar for holidays or stale closures.
- Confirm the calendar's timezone is right. A wrong timezone shifts every slot.
- Confirm you are looking at the right branch.
A link is broken
- Open the link yourself and note where it lands.
- If the target page was renamed or unpublished, fix the destination in the page, menu, or footer that carries the link.
- If the same wrong link appears on every page, it lives in Menus & Footers.
An image looks wrong
- Check it on desktop and mobile. Cropping issues usually show on one, not both.
- Confirm the right image is attached in the right spot.
- If you replaced an image in Media, remember it changed everywhere it was used. Check the other places, and restore or re-upload if needed.
A customer sees the wrong order or status
- Confirm the order number and the customer's identity match.
- Check that the order status reflects reality, and fix it if not.
- Check the payment status separately in Payments.
- Do not change payment or refund records to "make the display right". If the records are correct but the customer's view is wrong, that is one for support.
I published the wrong thing
- Reopen the item and fix it, or restore a previous version from its Versions history (content areas only).
- Check the live page to confirm the fix.
- If the mistake involved a price, order, payment, access, or a script, tell your team and contact support even after fixing it. There may be customers who saw or acted on the wrong version.
Contact support
- Email: daryl.deogracias@fortuneserving.com
- Phone: 09477926743
Include: what you changed, where you expected to see it, what customers see instead, a screenshot, and the page, service, order number, or customer involved. The more specific you are, the faster the fix.
When in doubt, ask early
A two-line message before a risky change is always cheaper than a cleanup after it. Nobody has ever regretted asking.
